811C Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of 811C. The sections below cover responsible gambling and withdrawal limits; the full account, betting and bonus rules follow.

Responsible Gambling

811C is for players aged 18 and over. Gambling is entertainment. It is not a way to make money, and it is not a way to recover money already lost.

Keeping It Under Control

Before you deposit, decide what you can afford to lose and treat that as the cost of the entertainment. If you find yourself depositing more than you planned, betting to win back losses, or hiding your play from people close to you, those are the signals worth taking seriously.

Tools Available to You

• Deposit limits — contact support and we will set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on your account. Increases take effect only after a cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Time out — a short break, from 24 hours up to 30 days, during which you cannot deposit or bet.
• Self-exclusion — a longer closure of six months or more. Once set it cannot be reversed before the period ends, and we will not accept a new account from you during it.

Protecting Minors

If others use your device, consider filtering software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio. Never let anyone under 18 use your account, and keep your login details private.

Withdrawal Limits

For security, no single player may withdraw more than RM50,000 per week (Monday to Sunday), excluding progressive jackpot wins. We may request identity documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly where the receiving account does not match the depositing account.
